Summary:
•This role is pivotal in driving growth within the Enterprise Business Unit by leading strategic customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts to maximize revenue and market penetration. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely project execution, contract negotiations, and continuous team development, contributing directly to Telecel Ghana’s enterprise growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
•Drive new customer acquisition within the Enterprise segment, focusing on high-potential accounts.
•Develop and execute growth strategies for existing customer accounts to increase penetration and revenue.
•Lead a team in delivering end-to-end telecommunications solutions tailored to the Financial Services Sector.
•Create and implement customer-specific business plans aligned with Telecel’s product portfolio and market positioning.
•Manage assigned resources efficiently to meet customer requirements while ensuring profitability.
•Oversee accurate and timely issuance of monthly service invoices and ensure effective payment collection.
•Foster strong stakeholder relationships through clear, professional communication and active listening.
•Influence customer decisions using deep product, industry, and sales expertise.
•Collaborate with deployment, technology, finance, product, and customer service teams to deliver customized solutions.
•Lead contract negotiations and ensure adherence to best practices in sales and deal structuring.
•Partner with the Head of Sales and HR Business Partner to design and implement talent development initiatives.
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s in Management is highly desirable.
•Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within telecommunications or ISP services.
•Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition and account growth in a service-based environment.
•Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and influencing skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
•High level of business acumen, including understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and strategic planning.
•Proficient in customer relationship management, financial accountability, and operational efficiency.
•Action-oriented mindset with a focus on results, innovation, and continuous improvement.
