Job Vacancy For Sales Manager At SBC Beverages Ghana Ltd (Accra & Kumasi)

Job Summary

•  Ensures group sales tragets are met and attained.
•  Ensures good, adequate and detailed market familiarization and knowledge of his sales territory, ie. Geography,, Dealers Universe, Routes Boundaries, Structures etc.For this, undertakes route sales accompaniment with SAMs and conducts independent route checks.
•  Prospects for new customers; identify potential retail and wholesale outlets and exploit opportunities for growth of selling routes.
•  Ensures a good, reliable and universal census update list is kept for each route.
•  Checks his men’s activities and performances, query returns, motivates and ensures sales are made following the selling steps and sales receipts are issued to customers and losses are avoided.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  A minimum of a good First Degree plus a Post Graduate qualification in Sales and Marketing.
•  A minimum of seven (7) years working experience in the beverage industry or the FMCG.
•  Must possess strong leadership abilities and should have an experience of managing a reasonable size team.
•  Must also possess a well-developed customer-management skill and should have an experiece of appointing/handling distributors.
•  A valid driver’s license is a must.
