Supervisor: Shall report to the Branch Manager

Performance expectation:

•  Recruit, train and manage a sales team made up of fifteen (15) sales executives to achieve set target according to agreed performance management contract.
•  Manage all administrative and customer service issues related to your sales team
•  Report on performance according to set time lines

Qualification Required & Experience

•  First degree preferably in marketing or insurance with at least two (2) years experience in related field
•  Diploma or advanced diploma in insurance from the Ghana Insurance College is an added advantage

Location: Takoradi, Koforidua, Sunyani, Ho and Tamale
