A Fast-Moving Consumable Goods (FMCG) company is seeking a result-oriented individual for the position of a Sales Officer to drive products in the modern trade market.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the growth of the Company by acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers.
• Ensure prompt payment by customers and constantly follow up with those who delay payments.
• Ensure brand visibility and presence in the shops.
• Ensure the prompt delivery of goods to Customers.
• Manage customer requests and complaints, by constantly liaising with the Head Office and following up for prompt feedback.
• Visit customers regularly and find amicable solutions to grievances.
• Represent the Employer at promotional activities in the region.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Higher National Diploma (HND) or University Degree in a relevant subject
• 3 years working experience in selling FMCG or related products
• Good selling and negotiating skills

Salary: GH?1200 (negotiable) with other allowances.
