Job Summary

A reputable organization in the IT industry is seeking to recruit proactive and dynamic Sales Representatives for their Accra Office. This position will work closely with the Marketing Department as well as the Project Team to support the marketing and sales efforts of the company.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

•   Achieve maximum sales profitability and growth within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products
•   Coordinate sales and promotional efforts with the Marketing Department
•   Research sources for obtaining prospective customers as well as information to determine their potential
•   Make telephone calls and in-person visits and product demonstrations to prospective customers
•   Promote, sells and secures product downloads & registration from prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
•   Assist existing and prospective customers with product information
•   Supply the Management Team with written/oral reports on customer needs, complaints, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
•   Take contact information of interested customers and follow up to secure sales
•   Assist with planned product activations at the various activation centers

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must have possess a year's Sales or Marketing experience
•   Ability to determine solutions for customers
•   Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
•   Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software
