• Develops and implements route sales systems.
• Ensures Salesmen run their routes/journeys as planned.
• Conducts periodic route/ field audits and route sales accompaniment with Salesmen.
• Follows up on reports of all competitive trade and reports on same to the Sales Manager.
• Monitors Salesmen to ensure all Route Books,Accounts Cards, Sales Invoices, Truck Load, Settlement Sheet and Vehicle Repair request are completely and accurately filled.
• Liases with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure there is a good mix of Company’s products on truck ready for trade.
• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly sales and empties report. Qualification Required & Experience
• At least five (5) years working experience in the beverage industry or FMCG.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership qualities.
• Must be a team player.
• Must possess a valid driving license, at least a category C
• Must be able to work forlong hours under pressure.. Location:
