Annie Beauty Unisex Salon is currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a SALON OPERATIONS LEAD.

Job Summary

•We are looking for a candidate who carries themselves with the confidence and authority of a true salon manager : someone who can oversee daily operations, lead and inspire a team, uphold our brand standards, and ensure every client leaves with an exceptional experience.
•The ideal candidate must be committed to maintaining the highest standards of customer service, team supervision, and operational compliance.

Qualification Required & Experience

•A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Beauty Management, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and salon management systems is an advantage.
•A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive will be an added advantage.
