Qualification Required & Experience

• Diploma or equivalent in Customer Service or Office Administration
• 1 to 2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong customer service & communication skills
• Experience in sales and upselling skils
• Knowledge of salon services
• Great problem-soling skills
• Intermediate computer literacy
