Job Vacancy For Secretaries / Court Recorders At Judicial Service of Ghana

The Judicial Service of Ghana invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of Secretaries/Court Recorders

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

•   Transcribes court proceedings (Direct Transcription)
•   Produces transcripts of court proceedings at the close of day
•   Produces transcripts of proceedings upon request
•   Prepares Rulings, Orders, Judgments and Court Notes
•   Prepares Cause List
•   Performs other assigned secretarial duties

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of good 1st Degree in Secretaryship/Management Studies
•   Must be Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access
•   Must be able to type 50 words per minute
•   Must have good oral and written communication skills
•   Must have completed National Service Experience
•   Minimum of three (3) years relevant post qualification experience in similar or related position
