• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
• Typing, preparing and collating reports.
• Filing of documents
• organizing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Managing databases. The Ideal Candidate must:
• HND or degree Holder from any recognized institution in Ghana.
