Responsibilities : • File and arrange folders- daily
• Type and print all documents (Court Processes, invoices, acceptance and others)
Answer Phone call • Present weekly activity reports
• Depositing each cheques
• Scanning and storing documents digitally
Requirements: • Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Social media savvy and understanding wifi cloud storage • Working knowledge of office equipment like printers
• Honest and Punctual
Qualification Required & Experience • Qualification : SHS or Secretarial Qualification
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : Not Necessary but advantageous
