Job Vacancy For Secretary/Receptionist



A private company who is into third party health management located at Kumasi is looking for a dedicated and hard-working personnel to occupy the following position: Secretary/Receptionist

Duties and Responsibilities

• Be the first Point of contact to receive visitors on behalf of the company and direct them to their appropriate place.
• Educate customers and visitors on the company’s product.
• Provides secretarial support to the office.
• Ensure safe keeping of confidential documents in the office.
• Keep accurate records of movement of files and correspondence of the office!
• Receive and keep records of visitors and stakeholders.
• Drafting and typing of routine and complex correspondence, reports etc of the Company.
• Tiding up the office.
• Monitors the attendance register.
• Any allied duties that may be assigned from time to time by superiors.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A Diploma in Secretaryship and Management or any relevant discipline
• A minimum of 1 year work experience in a reputable organization
• Must pass a selection interview.
• The person must be smart and gloomy.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Competencies

• Knowledge of Business communication system
• Human and Public Relations skills
• Must be polite and courteous person.
• Knowledge in relevant IT application
• Office Management skills
• High integrity and good ethical standards.

GENDER: Male & Female

CONDITIONS OF SERVICE: Full Time (6 Months Probation period)

REMUNERATION:

Ghc 500 + Ghc 200 (Working TNT, NOT allowance)
• Monthly sales-based Commission.

Location: Kumasi – Adum
