A reputable Construction Company on an exponential growth path is seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals for a Secretary/Receptionist

We are currently looking for the services of a lady secretary. The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall secretarial function of the company. The job functions for this position include but are not limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities

•  Managing diary of the CEO
•  Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;
•  Liaising with staff in other units and with external contacts;
•  Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies;
•  Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation
•  Any other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Diploma/HND in Office Management or related field
•  Experience in a high level management position in a large organisation is preferred
•  Minimum of  3-5 years relevant post qualification experience
•  Sound knowledge of secretarial and administrative systems and practices
•  Adept at Microsoft Office products
•  Results driven and deadline conscious
•  Excellent communication and organisational skills
•  Possession of a high sense of integrity
•  Must have a strong sense of purpose and responsibility
•  Excellent interpersonal skills
•  Secretarial skills
