Summary:
•The Enterprise Account Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding and growing revenue from assigned accounts through strategic account planning, proactive opportunity management, and deep relationship building.
•This role is essential to achieving annual sales and revenue targets, enhancing profitability, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. By aligning sales strategies with customer business objectives and embedding quality and compliance into daily operations, the manager drives sustainable growth and contributes to Telecel Ghana’s market leadership.
Responsibilities:
•Develop regional contact strategies and account development plans (ADPs) for allocated accounts.
•Demonstrate strategic understanding of customer business goals and communicate Enterprise Sales’ value proposition at board level.
•Integrate quality management processes into daily sales activities.
•Monitor performance using key metrics and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
•Ensure full compliance with license provisions, sector regulations, and competition laws.
•Provide accurate account data to the Sales Manager for planning and implementation tracking.
•Identify training needs and lead skills development for self and the virtual account team.
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management within enterprise solutions, preferably in the telecoms industry.
•Proven consultative selling skills with a customer-centric approach.
•High learning agility and ability to adapt to new challenges and environments.
•Demonstrated innovation, initiative, and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
