Title: Senior Officer, Field Operations
Reports To: Principal Officer, Field Operations

Job Summary: Supports the Principal Officer in ensuring efficient program delivery, data collection, and reporting. Focuses on implementing field activities, collecting data, and maintaining service quality while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-the-ground support in executing field operations.
• Conduct field testing and ensure the accuracy of assay results.
• Monitor and record field data, adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Support the Principal Officer in managing field operations and coordinating logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Report operational issues, suggest solutions, and participate in training and performance feedback.

Qualification Required & Experience

Skills and Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., international development, project management).
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in field operations management, including program implementation.
• Experience in program management, budgeting, and monitoring, evaluation.
• Knowledge of field assay methods, operations, and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in data analysis and data recording processes.
• Understanding of safety standards, environmental regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptable under pressure.
• Results-driven, collaborative approach, fostering positive teamwork across diverse functions
