A reputable company invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position: Senior Project Officer

Job Purpose

•To support the planning, implementation, monitoring and successful delivery of projects in line with organiational goals, timelines and budgets

Key Responsibilities

•Assists in the development of project plans, schedules and budgets
•Coordinates project activities and ensures tasks are completed on time
•Monitors project progress and prepares periodic reports
•Liaises with internal teams, consultants and external stakeholders
•Supports procurement processes related to project activities
•Tracks project expenditures and ensure cost control
•Maintains accurate project documentation and records
•Identifies risks and issues and escalate where necessary
•Organises meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagements
•Ensures compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations

Qualification Required & Experience

•Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
•Minimum of 2 - 5 years relevant work experience in project coordination or management
