Key Responsibilities:

. Report to the Technical Manager.
. Perform highly skilled, technical support tasks
. Responsible for serving as the technical representative of the company while in the field, including equipment installation and testing.
. Submit daily installation and support reports to the Technical Manager.
. Supervise work of subordinates
. Ensures 100% customer/consumer satisfaction

Qualifications and skills required

. Must be an HND holder in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
. Excellent knowledge in IT-network management and communication.
. Must be fluent with the English language
. Must have previous experience in hardware installation
. Should be ready to work long hours
. Must be ready to travel at all times
. Should be a holder of a valid driving license
. Supervise technical staff associated with installation
