A reputable company invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position: Service Center Officer (24-Hour Service Center)
Job Purpose
•To provide continuous customer support and operational assistance at the 24-hour service center by responding to customer inquiries, receiving complaints, providing information on services and ensuring prompt resolution of issues
Key Responsibilities
•Attends to customer inquiries, complaints and requests promptly and professionally
•Provides accurate information on the company's products services, policies and procedures
•Receives and record service requests, complaints and feedback from customers
•Escalates complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
•Maintain proper record of all customer interactions and service requests
•Monitors and respond to phone calls, emails and walk-in inquiries
•Ensures the service center operates effectively on a 24-hour shift basis
•Prepares daily reports on customer issues and service delivery
•Assists customers with service processes and documentation
•Maintains a professional and welcoming environment at the service center
•Any other duties assigned by the Supervisory / Manager
Qualification Required & Experience
•A good First Degree in any field
•1 - 3 years experience in customer service, call center or front desk operations
•Experience in customer relations or service center operations will be an advantage
Working conditions
•Work is performed on a 24-hour shift schedule including day, night and weekend shifts.
