Core Function

•   Providing assistance to the Shop Manager in directing, promoting and coordinating activities of the shop

Responsibilities

•   Provide prompt, courteous customer service and professionally assisting the Shop Manager to resolve customer issues
•   Assume the Shop Manager's responsibilities when needed
•   Assist the Shop Manager in developing Sales Assistants work schedules
•   Assist the Shop Manager wit the operations of the Shop
•   Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Shop Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Higher National Diploma in Marketing or above
•   Applicant should have organizational or supervisory skills, interpersonal skills, numerical skills, knowledge in safety regulation and finally should be a team player
