Key Responsibilities and Duties include:
• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
• Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media account
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timey manner, monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
• Organise and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
• Liaise with the social media strategist and client service executives to stay updated on new products and features
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and/or Communication, Social Sciences or related field
• 5 years post-qualification experience, 3 years of which should be in a senior management position with a reputable advertising agency
