• Drive sales of selected retail/personal products online.
• Develop strategies to cross-sell or up-sell online to existing customers.
• Develop strategies to grow or drive customer traffic to the company's online platforms.
• Lead the online team in handling customer enquiries, complaints. and service delivery.
• Drive customer retention agenda via online platforms.
• Identify possible threats and opportunities in the company's online operations and make necessary recommendations for Management decision making.
• Generate reports relating to online activities for management information and decision making. Qualification Required & Experience
• 1st Degree and or professional qualification. Master's degree is an added advantage Experience
