Job Summary
• Supervise the commitments of CAPEX project budget by generating Purchase requests based on demands raised by Project Team. This role works closely together with the Capital Projects to ensure the supply chain activities are executed effectively and efficiently.

Key Tasks:
• Plan and approve ‘Day to Day’ planning of CAPEX Projects related SCM requirements for Sourcing, R2O, Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics
• Resolve Purchase Request issues/ queries between Projects Team and Supply Chain Management Team.
• Responsible to ensure timely delivery of Purchase Requests to ensure smooth functioning of the Projects
• Review the Master Demand Schedule by various projects to leverage economies of Scale in procurement
• Approve decisions to expedite / delay the sourcing / logistics based on changes to project schedules
• Track CAPEX project spend per approved budget.
• Review and reconcile budget utilization with Project Team
• Responsible to generate Purchase Requests based on demands
• Reporting and analytics on project budget utilization
Qualification Required & Experience
Education:
• A good Degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or a related field
Experience:
• 3 years of relevant post-degree experience
Knowledge:
• Microsoft Office Tools with high appreciation for excel
• Business Analytics
• Supply Chain Management appreciation
• Planning & Organizing
