Setters Investment Limited Company is seeking to recruit Supply Chain & ERP Specialists
Responsibilities
ERP & Supply Chain Systems Expertise
• Full understanding and application of the data flow logic, operational principles and functional mechanisms of the Chinese version of the supply chain ecosystem and Kingdee k3 system
• Ability to provide localized training for team members in these areas
Data Analysis & Compliance Oversight
• Proficient in performing data analysis within the Chinese version of Kingdee K3 ERP
• Monitor and ensure compliance with supply chain module service standards and regulations
Bilingual Communication, supervision & Reporting
• Fluent in Mandarin to Communicate effectively with the Beijing headquarters
• Report work progress, address inquiries and provide updates to management
• Capable of managing account setups within the supply chain management system
• Oversee and evaluate supplier performance and adherence to protocols
Technical Troubleshooting
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving system errors in Kingdee K3, with strong technical problem-solving abilities
Cost Monitoring & Financial Reporting
• Monitor production costs through daily reconciliation and weekly settlement processes
• Prepare monthly financial reports and conduct budget variance analysis
Budget Planning
• Develop annual material consumption budgets based on production planning cycles
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or Accounting.
• Professional certification in Kingdee K3 ERP would be a strong advantage
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Kingdee K3 (Chinese version), specifically in supply chain, finance or production modules
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) to liaise with the HQ in Beijing
• Strong business level English for local reporting and documentation
• Familiarity with Ghanaian labour laws, tax regulations and supply chain compliance standards
• Experience working Chinese-Ghanaian business environments is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Ghanaian import/export logistics (customs, duties, shipping).
• Proven ability to train local staff on ERP systems and supply chain processes
• Basic IT support skills (database queries, log analysis) are a plus
