A reputable multinational company engaged in the provision of trade solutions and advisory services to both the public and private sectors has vacancy for a dynamic person to join its winning team as a: Support Centre Representative

Description of Main Duties:

•   Answer a moderately high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards
•   Log information on calls received, where required and maintain detail and accurate reports of such calls. Receive and handle clients requests for general information and documents
•   Handle clients requests for assistance on the processing of declarations
•   Log requests for installation, configuration and training
•   Assist in troubleshooting
•   Documents clients problems into Help Access and assist provide solutions where appropriately
•   Assist in the day-to-day administration of assigned department
•   Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public
•   Acts as relief and perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
•   Maintain regular, consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures
•   Receive and log on incoming and outgoing mails and correspondence passing through the Help Desk
•   Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of First Degree in Information Technology
•   Minimum of three (3) years application / related experience in a similar position within progressive work environment
•   Must be customer service oriented with positive attitude
•   Proven ability to manage various activities at the same time, whilst delivering quality work within stringent timelines
•   Must be well organized with good interpersonal skills
•   Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in operations
•   Problem analysis and solving skills
•   Excellent communication and listening skills
•   Must be achievement-oriented
