As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner with the aligned function and /or business, together with the relevant HR Business Partners to manage the recruitment process, provide subject matter expertise and insight and enable hiring managers to select the best quality candidates at all levels. You would be responsible for executing and managing the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for the aligned function/business, ensuring the use of best practices and relevant tools to achieve the desired outcome, leveraging the employee value proposition to ensure a highly positive candidate experience and collaborating on the Global Youth Initiative across the four pillars within the designated Country/ Cluster.
A day in the life of the Talent Acquisition Partner:
•Talent Acquisition Delivery: Partner with aligned functions/businesses to understand hiring needs, align stakeholders, and execute the talent acquisition strategy. Manage end?to?end recruitment in line with the Talent Selection methodology, delivering high?quality hires and an outstanding candidate experience. Proactively source active and passive talent (directly or partner with Global Talent Sourcers) and manage recruitment costs effectively.
•Hiring Manager Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HRBPs by providing market insights, data?driven guidance, and creative hiring solutions. Inform decisions using labour market trends, competitor intelligence, and remuneration data. Build hiring manager capability through coaching on selection tools and ensure full compliance across recruitment processes.
•Candidate Relationship & Experience: Build strong candidate relationships, particularly with high?potential talent, ensuring a consistent and compelling EVP throughout the hiring journey. Drive an excellent candidate experience, support hiring managers in delivering the employer brand promise, manage rejections professionally, convert offers effectively, and share assessment insights with HRBP/Talent Management to support onboarding and early development.
•Technology & Digital Sourcing: Champion the use of recruitment technology, optimising ATS (CRM/SF) usage, data quality, and reporting. Leverage social media and digital channels to attract and source active and passive candidates.
•Global Youth Initiative (GYI): Collaboration on the execution of the Global Youth Initiative across the four pillars within the country, coordinating with Corporate Communication & Public Affairs (CCPA) team and driving initiatives that support Nestlé Needs YOUth (NNY) objectives.
•Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve talent acquisition practices, processes, and ways of working to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the market/business.
Qualification Required & Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
•4 - 5 years’ experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
•Experience of managing multiple stakeholders effectively, often with different hiring requirements
•Experience working in the recruiting industry, ideally with a mix of recruitment agency and in-house Talent Acquisition.
•Experience of coaching managers on interviewing and modern recruiting methodology.
•Influencing and networking with stakeholders at all levels to achieve outcomes.
•Experience working with technological providers (ATS providers, various Social Media platforms, other digital sourcing channels) for recruiting purposes.
