As the Technical Coordinator,  you play a pivotal role within the organization regarding
management of technical processes for waste treatment, fertilizer production and energy production towards commercialisation in 2013. He/she will direct, organize and control the various activities under the direction of the Management Team (MT).

Responsibilities

•  Communicate and monitor the pre-set objectives, planning and responsibilities to the appointed team members;
•  Coordinate the technical processes with all the appointed team members and external experts, leading to a waste treatment process, the fertilizer product and an electricity product ready for commercialisation;
•  Develop and guard the project implementation schedule which includes administrative tasks and all field/site operations;
•  Coordinate the legal and institutional obligations (e.g. EPA, MOFA certification);
•  Report to Project Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Education in Engineering and Project Management; a minimum of Msc/Mphil is required
•  Required to have a proven work experience with a minimum of 4 years in the relevant sectors.
•  Experience in project management and HR relevant experience is required.
•  Knowledge of MS Project software is preferred.
