Job Summary

As its subsidiary, Tullow Ghana Limited, continues to develop, the business is looking to enhance its cadre of senior professionals as above.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•  Running all integrated planning business related activities within the company;
•  Running all Asset and Project Controls related activities within the company
•  Work with Commercial, Legal and Business and License Manager to ensure that all reporting commitments for the Assets & Projects are met under various agreements
•  Delivery of integrated plans at various time and detail levels;
•  Efficient oil lifting with minimize demurrage and other lifting costs;
•  Delivery of an overall high quality annual work program and budget and related monitoring reports (in conjunction with Asset and Finance Managers);
•  Jointly accountable for ensuring that all appropriate costs are properly accounted for and with our partners

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Masters degree in Planning or Engineering
•  15+ years experience in upstream oil and gas industry
•  Strong background in upstream oil and gas technical, licence and commercial activities
•  Familiarity and use of systems such as Primevera, MS Projects and similar planning tools
•  Demonstrated skills at putting in place and driving performance management and governance activities
•  Technically and commercially credible, open and honest
•  Ability to work cross-functionally and with multi-discipline teams
