We are looking for a Call Center Operators that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.

Job Description

• The successful candidate will manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and also follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Ability to meet deadline and respond quickly to queries.
• Ability to work long hours.
• Ability to work under pressure

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must obtain DEGREE or HND in Marketing or any Business-related field.
• Must have excellent selling and marketing experience.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in the call center operations.
• Should reside in Accra.
