JOB DESCRIPTION

• Represent the company professionally, assist customers with transactions, and answer questions about accounts, services, and policies.
• Manage and balance the cash drawer daily, verifying and wrapping currency, and following procedures for cash differences.
• Promote and explain various company products and services
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations to ensure security and compliance.
• Process customer transactions
• Maintain and balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies
• Build and maintain customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or HND
• Excellent customer service, communication, and sales skills.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Patience and the ability to remain calm and professional
• Good problem-solving skills.
