Job Summary

• To greet airline customers, help check baggage, and assign seats on the aircraft. This role involves a large amount of customer service as well as lifting larger bags onto the belt behind the counter.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Diploma and Degree relevant field

• An eye for detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to work overnight
