A leading private firm in the supply chain industry with a subsidiary in the Travels & Tour Business arena requires for immediate appointment suitably qualified Ghanaian persons for the following position:- Ticketing and Reservation Officer

Key Responsibilities

•   Handling ticketing and reservations and advising customers on ticketing options, routes, rates and best travel plan(s).
•   Carrying out follow up procedures pertaining to customer travel(s), i.e re-confirmation of airline tickets, booking, reservation etc.
•   Airport meet and greet and local travel advisory services
•   Maximising sales and revenue by booking and ticketing return journeys, selling of holiday packages and other related products and services
•   Providing information on trade & customs regulations and assist in obtaining the necessary documents as appropriate

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must possess HND in Travels & Tour Management or related field from a recognized institution with a minimum of one (1) year working experience in ticketing and reservation
•   IATA certification in ticketing & reservation
•   Must be aggressive, result-oriented and customer focused
•   Good communication skills
•   Experience in the use of AMADEUS and other booking platforms
•   Ability to speak two or more languages including French.
