Job Description

• The ticketing officer would perform activities related to: issuing land and air tickets, excess baggage, ground travel arrangements including tours, cashing additional fees, deposits, refunds, offering special services for passengers with physical disability, penalties under the tariff notes etc.
• The ticketing officer would provide ticketing services to passengers according to their options. They would also provide ticketing service to corporate offices and top management.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A first degree or HND is needed.
• 3 years work experience is required.
• Applicants must have good customer service skills.

Salary: 2000 - 2200
