Role Purpose

The ideal candidates for this role will be required to;

•   Ensure that customers receive adequate level of service or help with their questions, complaints and concerns within the frame- work of Millicom (Ghana) Limited’s objectives and practices;
•   Create team spirit based on the Tigo Values;
•   Project a professional image at all times when in contact with customers and provide useful information from the market place to the company to enable it maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

•   Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution;
•   Obtains and evaluates all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries;
•   Directs requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource;
•   Up sale and cross sale of products and services;
•   Maintains call center database by entering information;
•   Follow up on customer interactions and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;
•   Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services;
•   Performs customer verifications;
•   Records details of inquiries, comments and complaints on required applications;
•   Solves problems; expedites corrections or adjustments and conducts follow ups to ensure resolution;
•   Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures and reporting malfunctions
•   Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
•   Efficiently educates new customers on services provided by the company;
•   Performs other task within the Company which may be allocated from time to time and are commensurate with the position.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   An HND or a Degree in Business related course;
•   Bachelor degree, business/service oriented
•   Good experience and appreciation of customer service and marketing;
•   Good communication skills;
•   Good customer relations orientation
