Qualification Required & Experience

•   BSc Tourism/Admin/Humanities or Liberal Arts degree
•   At least 5 years of ticketing AND other travel  related work experience
•   IATA certification/experience with IATA approved agency or airline a plus
•   International experience, foreign language, speaks at least 3 local languages a plus
•   Flexible, willing to travel within the country, able to work long hours, weekends and holidays
•   Ability to multitask, use initiative, take charge and work with little communication, interpersonal and team skills
•   Excellent analytical communication, interpresenal and team skills
