Job Vacancy For Travel Manager



The Challenge:  

•  Respond to and qualify client enquiries regarding Flights, Tours, Meetings, Accommodations and Transportation.
•  Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers including Hotels, Transportation Companies and Tourism Sites.
•  Consult and advise Tour Operators, Travel Agents and Organizations regarding all aspects of Destination Management Services in Ghana and neighbouring countries.
•  Manage the sales and client service process from initial enquiry through pricing and service completion.
•  Establish and maintain supervisory working relationships with   staff including drivers, tour guides and office personnel.

Qualification Required & Experience

Your Qualification:
The ideal candidate will possess several of the following qualifications:

•  A University Degree  in Hospitality, Tourism,  Marketing  or related discipline
•  Must have at least 4 years relevant experience in one or  more of the areas of  Hospitality/Tourism, Marketing,  Customer  Relations  or  related  areas.
•  Has studied or gained professional work experience in another country.
•  Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at the management level.
•  Possess advanced computer skills
•  Has proven professional level experience and able to function effectively with minimum supervision
•  Be available to travel abroad for training and marketing assignments
•  Possess verifiable references from past employer(s)
