A reputable marketing company wants for immediate employment, a well-motivated person to fill the position of a Treasurer.

Basic Function

• The Treasurer Position will be responsible for corporate liquidity, investments and basic management related to the company's financial activities.

Principal Accountabilities

• Forecast cash flow positions related to Borrowing needs and funds avaliable for investments
• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operations or capital investment requirements
• Maintain Banking relationships
• Arrange for equity financing and Debt Financing
• Monitor the activities of Third Parties handling outsouced Treasury functions on behalf of the company
• Advise management on the liquidity aspect of its short and long range planning
• Oversee extension of credit to customers
• Maintain a system of policies and procedures that show an adequate level of control over Treasury Activities

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting plus 10 years progressively responsible experience as Treasurer for a major company
• Bank Account Management
