Job Purpose

The Valuer will be responsible for managing and coordinating all valuation services required by clients of UT Properties promptly and efficiently. In addition, The Valuer will be responsible for driving the valuation and Agency Business Unit to achieve profitability

Key Responsibilities

•   Valuation of properties for sale and as collateral for loans to determine their capital and/or rental value
•   Conduct searches on properties/lands proposed for purchase
•   Negotiate and manage leases
•   Acquire and dispose of properties
•   Facilitate the acquisition of statutory permits for development
•   Facilitate the transfer and registration of title of secured lands

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of 1st Degree in Land Economy
•   Professional Associate of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors
•   8-10 years relevant work experience in a reputable institution
