Ghana Railway Development Authority is seeking to recruit Wagon Operators (10 Positions).

Job Summary

•To manage freight wagons and support safe and efficient cargo transport operations

Key Responsibilities

•Handle coupling, decoupling and inspection of wagons brakes, wheels and load conditions
•Ensure cargo securing and load distribution to support freight operations and yard activities
•Maintain records of wagon movements and usage and report faults and operational issues

Qualification Required & Experience

•Minimum of SHS education or equivalent
•2 to 3 years experience in railway, logistics, or heavy transport operations
•Good physical condition, knowledge of railway safety procedures and teamwork skill
