Description Of Job

Reports To:  Warehouse Supervisor
Duty Station: Greater Accra

Responsible For:
Receiving, storing and retrieving of spare parts from the company warehouse and periodic stock taking.

Key Tasks: the key tasks of the incumbent include but not limited to the following:

•  Management of inventory including maintenance of appropriate inventory levels.
•  Perform regular cyclical stock taking, random counts and reconciliations as required.
•  Produce regular stock reports to your supervisor
•  Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also of good quality.
•  Supervise the receipt of all consignments
•  Selecting space for storage and arranging for goods to be placed at designated areas
•  Ensuring a clean and safe warehouse
•  Perform any other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.

Qualification Required & Experience

Education And Experience:

•  HND Purchasing and Supply with a minimum of two years experience in similar position.
•  Have experiences in warehouse/inventory management & system.
•  Good Computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Suite.
•  Good report writing skill
