The Zonal Business Manager shall oversee the operational running of the zones ensuring that zonal business targets, activities and assets within his zone are met in line with overall company objectives. The roles reports to the Director of Sales and Distribution

Role Specific Requirements:

•  Grow revenue market share and attain business revenue targets
•  Develop and maintain the distribution network to deliver on service, availability and revenue objectives
•  Manage relationship with distribution and trade partners to enhance company standing
•  Develop, execute, track and enforce monthly, quarterly and annual business planning and reviews with the distribution partners
•  Recruit, manage and develop the team working within the zoneSupervise and oversee the performance of all company assets within the territory
•  Deliver on profitable network roll-out

Qualification Required & Experience

Minimum Qualification:

•  Bachelors Degree in Law
•  5 years at the Ghana Bar and UK/ US Bar Qualification
•  5 years legal work experience and in general commercial and corporate law.  International exposure an advantage.
•  Knowledge of corporate/ commercial law principles
•  Knowledge of land law principles, including title and legal document requirements.
•  Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
•  Litigation experience.
•  Telecoms / infrastructure experience.
