We are looking for a dynamic and results oriented individual who will be responsible for media sales, newspaper circulation and oversee the co-ordination of activities, including administrative issues pertaining to editorial in the Eastern/Volta zone under the Marketing department of GCGL.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for implementing strategies to grow and manage adverts and newspaper sales in the zone
• Identify new areas to grow newspaper sales and vendorship expansion
• Ensure harmonious, profitable business relationship with clients and newspaper vendors and agents
• Work with vendors, agents and corporate clients to ensure timely collection of all debts due the company
• Ensure timely submission of sales reports to the Head Office and represent the company in all administrative matters in the zone
• Organize promotional activities within the zone to drive sales

Qualification Required & Experience

• A good first degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Social Science from a reputable tertiary institution
• 4 years post qualification relevant experience gained from working in a dynamic business environment
• Working knowledge of the print media industry would be a distinct advantage
