Job Description

• Implementation of sales strategy approved by the Joint Marketing Committee (JMC) and ensuring condensate and gas sales compliance with the Final Production Sharing Agreement (FPSA) and Joint Marketing Committee (JMC) Rules of Procedure
• Provision of proper control mechanisms relating to condensate and gas sales aimed at ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Take necessary mitigation actions of minimizing risks of company production curtailment and reduced deliveries, in the event of unplanned upsets at company facilities or in transportation systems
• coordinate the work of the staff by setting clear objectives, providing day-to-day leadership and ensuring regular supervision of the completed scope of work. Plan appropriate training for developing staff potential and improving their contribution to the activity of the directorate. Share knowledge and experience with the employees of the gas and condensate sales department with a view to build a highly professional and competent team
• Ensure development / review and deployment of internal procedures of proper management and control of condensate and gas sales activity

Qualification Required & Experience

• University Degree in Engineering
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Minimum of 7 years experience Oil & Gas experience
