A reputable Financial Institution requires the services of a General Manager.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First Degree with 10 years Banking experience, Five (5) of which should be in a Senior Management Position.
•   MBA in Finance / Accounting with 8 years Banking experience, four (4) of which should be in a Senior Management Position.
•   Professional qualification, ACIB, ACCA, ICA (GH) will be an added advantage

Requirements

•   Should possess diverse departmental skills in Banking Operations, Marketing, Finance and Credit and provide leadership in steering the affairs of the Bank to achieve set goals
•   Reviewing and reporting to the Board of Directors on investment planning, risk assessment and performance of the Bank.
•   Must have extensive working knowledge in T-24 software
•   Must be conversant with Bank of Ghana (BOG) prudential requirements
•   Applicant should not be more than 50 years of age by December, 2014
