The Head Legal will provide legal services to the bank in the management of its business, and advice on all legal issues and aspects of credit administration and recoveries in line with the organizations credit policies and other regulatory requirements.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Barrister at Law with at least ten (10) years post qualification experience.
•   Working knowledge in credit administration and recoveries
•   Good leadership/managerial and negotiation skills
