Main Duties

•   Institute programmes for rigorous marketing and sales canvassing
•   Institute efficient sale reporting system to provide basis for effective sale and marketing reporting
•   Ensure that targets set for the branch are met and the branch is profitable

Job Objective

•   Plan and develop aggressive strategies for effective marketing of products/services
•   Lead the loans/marketing team in planning and implementation of their role activities
•   Manage the branch to achieve agreed targets

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First degree/HND/Inter CIB/Intermediate ACCA, CA equivalent
•   Minimum of 5 years experience preferably in Banking or Microfinance
