A reputable Savings & Loans company is seeking to recruit a suitable qualified Ghanaian for the following position:- Head, Sales & Business Development

The Role

The job holder will lead, plan, develop and executes the current to long term market penetration strategies to meet and exceed customer requirements, minimize cost and risk, as well as maximize profits.

Key Responsibilities

•   Formulate and implement Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME) Banking strategy
•   Define marketing and sales strategies for Micro, small & medium Enterprise (MSME) Banking Products and Services
•   Establish pricing that will drive sales and profitability while remaining competitive with others in the market
•   Develop strategic relationships to help grow network and business
•   Develop and implement an efficient and effective customer service framework

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline required, Masters degree and professional qualification will be an advantage
•   8+ years professional experience with qualified experience in Banking/Financial Sector at a senior level
•   Solid understanding and knowledge of the Finance industry and banking products
•   Good product development and portfolio management capabilities
•   Must possess impeccable communication skills
•   Problem analysis, problem-solving and Decision making
•   Creative, innovative and customer focus with persuasive and interpersonal skills
