The position will be located at the head office & will have the overall & ultimate responsibility  for leading the teams & promoting  sales  in the market.

Job Summary

•   Liaise with managememt on estabishing sales volumes & market forecasts.
•   Acheive sales objectives by preparing strategic & operational go to market plans.
•   Identify new opportunities & develop under served markets.
•   Implement and drive campaigns to drive aquisitions & positive revenue impact.
•   Manage sales teams & set performance targets.
•   Develop and strenghten different distribution channels
•   Anlayze customer requirements and develop offers to match them

Qualification Required & Experience

•   9 to 11  years of experience in a central sales role within a competitive environment.
•   Track record in driving sales and meeting performance goals.
•   Presents a proffessional image within and outside the organization
•   Demonstrates an enthusiastic approach towards the company, the vision & the people
•   University degree / MBA is a plus
