A reputable and leading private school, accredited by the Ghana Education Service (GES) and located in Accra, has vacancy for an experienced and result oriented Headmaster for its Senior High School Section

Qualification Required & Experience

Applicants, who should not be more than 45 years by September 1, 2014, should have all following:

•   A Master's Degree
•   A minimum of a diploma in Education / School Administration
•   At least 8 years teaching experience as an assistant Headmaster or 4 years working experience as a Headmaster at the Senior High School level

Competencies Required

•   Good verbal and written communications skills in English
•   Proven capacity to motivate, manage and direct staff
•   Self-discipline and ability to maintain discipline among staff and students
•   A fairly good knowledge of the educational system of the country
•   Computer literacy

Basic knowledge of Arabic and Islamic Studies will be an added advantage
