Position: Help desk representative
Reporting to: Business Development Manager

Job Purpose
A help desk representative serves as the first line of help for customer problems or system defects and difficulties. To serve customers by determining and fulfilling requirements, answering queries and resolving problems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Receive inbound calls including calls from current and potential customers
•   Answer questions about the product and issues with customer accounts
•   Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with the product and escalate any issues as appropriate
•   Place outbound follow up calls to customers
•   Provide feedback to technical team on customer issues

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Applicant must have at least B.A Computer science/ marketing or related field.
•   Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar role
