Job Vacancy For HR Officer At Graphic Communications Group Ltd
We are looking for a dynamic and results oriented individual who will assist in the efficient execution of administrative human resource policies and the performance of the day-to-day tasks in a multi-functional human resource department.
Key Accountabilities
• Assist in the effective maintenance and updating of employee information and records
• Ensure smooth information retrieval of records
• Assist in the co-ordination and processing of employee performance appraisal system
• Assist with inputs into the departmental reports
• Assist in the execution of procedural activities, annual assessments, performance reports etc
• Undertake the typing and generation of administrative documents such as monthly reports, recruitment and selection letters etc.
• Assist with recruitment processes
• Assist with administration of the compensation and benefits process including pensions, leave allowances and preparations of unionized staff payroll
• Assist with the preparation and organization of orientation programmes for new recruits
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualification Required & Experience
• A good first degree in Social Sciences, Human Resource or Psychology
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience for First Degree holder and three 3 years for HND
Skills / Competencies Required
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be a good team player
• Ability to prepare reports
• Strong computer literacy skills
